Why Are My Call Logs Missing in Zoho? | FreJun Zoho Integration Fix
If your call logs aren’t appearing in Zoho, it usually means the integration between FreJun and Zoho hasn’t been fully completed for your user account.
✅ How to Fix This
Step 1: Zoho Admin Must Install the FreJun App (One-Time Setup)
This step is completed once by your Zoho account admin.
Admin Instructions

Go to Zoho Marketplace

Search for FreJun
-
Click Install
-
Follow the on-screen instructions

Choose whether to install for all users or specific users
Once completed, move to Step 2.
Step 2: Each User Must Authenticate via Zoho PhoneBridge (Mandatory)
Every individual user must connect their Zoho account inside FreJun.

Log in to your FreJun account

Go to Settings → Integrations

Select Zoho PhoneBridge

Click Connect Zoho

Complete the authorization process
Repeat this for each user who needs call logging.
