How do you access Call Recordings along with Call Summary and Transcript?

When you click the green “View” button under the Recording column, you’ll get access to:

Notes– Add your own notes for context or follow-up

This section allows you to document every important detail related to the call. Below are the ones.

  • Call Stage – Select the stage of the call (e.g., Initial, Follow-up, Final)
  • Call Outcome – Choose the result of the call (e.g., Successful, Not Interested, Callback Needed)
  • Tags – Apply custom tags like Lead, Busy, Call Later, etc.


    Alongside the Notes section you’ll also find :

    • Summary – A short AI-generated brief of what was discussed in the call
    • Transcript – A complete AI-generated text version of the entire call conversation

    These help you quickly review or share call details without replaying the entire recording.

    NOTE: (These are Available only when the customer has availed the Feature of AI Insights)
