How do you access Call Recordings along with Call Summary and Transcript?
To view detailed information and recordings for a specific call:

Navigate to the Call Logs section in your FreJun dashboard.

Find the call you want to review, then swipe the bottom bar towards the left to reveal the Recording column.

Click the green “View” button under the Recording column to open the detailed call view.
Inside this view, you’ll find:
- Recordings: Recording of the call along wth a small switch to copy link on top right.

Notes: Add your own remarks for context or follow-up related to the call.

Call Stage: Select the current stage of the call, such as Initial, Follow-up, or Final.

Call Outcome: Choose the result, like Successful, Not Interested, or Callback Needed.

Tags: Apply custom labels such as Lead, Busy, Call Later, etc., to categorise the call easily.
Alongside these, you will also see:

Summary: An AI-generated brief summary of the call discussion.

Transcript: A full AI-generated text transcript of the entire call conversation.
These AI insights help you quickly review or share call details without needing to listen to the entire recording.
Note: AI-generated Summary and Transcript are available only if your account has enabled the AI Insights feature.
