What kind of roles can users have?

 

FreJun supports role-based access control. Common roles include:

  • Owner: Full access to all settings and users
  • Agent: Can make/receive calls and view personal logs
  • Admin: Limited administrative privileges

Each role comes with specific permissions and access boundaries to ensure security and clarity in team responsibilities. User can also define custom roles using frejun webapp (https://product.frejun.com). Docs
