Inviting new users to FreJun is a seamless and secure process designed to get your team onboard quickly. Once a user is invited, they receive a secure link and verification code to ensure their account is protected from unauthorized access.

This guide walks you through every step—from receiving the invitation email to completing verification, creating a password, and handling expired links. By following these instructions, admins can ensure smooth onboarding, while new users can access FreJun without delays.

How the User Invitation and Verification Process Works in FreJun

When a new user is invited to join your FreJun account, they go through a simple but secure onboarding process. Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of what happens and what to expect:

Step 1: Invitation Email Sent

  • As soon as an admin or authorized user adds a new user to the FreJun platform, the system automatically sends an invitation email to the provided email address.

  • The email contains a secure "Join Now" or "Verify Account" link that the user must click to begin the setup process.

Step 2: Enter Verification Code

  • Upon clicking the link, the user will be prompted to enter a 6-digit verification code.

  • This code is either included in the email or sent as a secondary security measure (e.g., via SMS depending on configuration).

Step 3: Create Password

  • Once the code is verified, the user is asked to create a password for their FreJun account.

  • This password will be used for all future logins, so users should ensure it's secure and memorable.

Step 4: Time-Sensitive Activation

  • The invitation link is valid for 24 hours from the time it's sent.

  • If the user does not complete verification within this window, their status in the user management dashboard will change to "Resend Invitation."

Step 5: Resend Invitation (if needed)

  • Admins can easily click the "Resend Invitation" option in the dashboard to send a new email link.

  • This allows the user to restart the onboarding process without needing to be deleted or re-added.

Note:

Until the user completes verification and sets their password, they will not be able to log in or access FreJun services.
