How to Filter the User List in FreJun?

Easily organize and manage your FreJun workspace using smart user filters for Role, License, Status, and Team to find the right users in seconds.

FreJun provides powerful filtering options under the Users Tab to help admins and team leads quickly locate, manage, and analyze user accounts. Whether you're reviewing access levels, tracking license usage, or checking team distribution, these filters simplify everyday user management tasks.

By combining filters such as Role, License, Status, and Team, you can instantly narrow down large user lists and take action—like resending invitations, auditing permissions, or identifying active auto-dialer users. This ensures better control, security, and operational efficiency within your FreJun workspace.

FreJun makes it easy to manage and organise your users by providing advanced filtering options. You can quickly narrow down the user list based on specific criteria to locate the right users or analyse user distribution across roles and teams.

Available Filter Options:

  1. Role:

    • Filter users based on their assigned roles:

      • Owner

      • Admin

      • Agent

    • Useful for role-specific user management and access reviews.

  2. License:

    • View users based on the type of license they are using:

      • Plan License – Fully functional users with active subscriptions.

      • Viewer – Users with read-only or limited access.

      • Auto Dialer – Users utilising automated calling functionalities.

  3. Status:

    • Filter based on the current status of user accounts:

      • Active – Users who have accepted the invitation and are using the platform.

      • Inactive – Users who have been deactivated.

      • Resend Invitation – Users who haven’t accepted the initial invitation may require a follow-up.

  4. Team:

    • Filter users based on the teams they are assigned to.

    • Ideal for managers or team leads to review their respective team members’ accounts.

These filters can be accessed from the top filter bar in the Users section and can be used individually or in combination for refined searches.
