The Roles section in FreJun gives administrators a clear overview of all permission groups created within the account. Each role entry displays essential information that helps teams understand access levels, responsibilities, and how users are distributed across the system. This visibility ensures better governance, security, and streamlined user management.
From identifying whether a role is default or custom to checking how many users are assigned to it, the Roles List acts as a central control point for managing platform access. Each Role Entry Includes:

Role Name:
This is the title or designation of the role (e.g., Admin, Manager, Agent) that defines the set of permissions associated with it. -
Type (Default or Custom):
