What Information Is Displayed for Each Role in the Roles Section?

Each Role Entry Includes:

  • Role Name:
    This is the title or designation of the role (e.g., Admin, Manager, Agent) that defines the set of permissions associated with it.

  • Type (Default or Custom):

    • Default: Predefined roles provided by FreJun with a standard set of permissions.

    • Custom: Roles created by the organisation with tailored access and permission settings.

  • Description:
    A brief summary explaining the purpose or scope of the role. It helps clarify what actions or areas the user in that role can access.

  • Users Assigned:
    Shows how many users are currently assigned to this role. You can click or view details to manage or update user-role assignments.
