Supported Webhook Events in FreJun – Call Status, Recording & Insights | API Guide
FreJun currently supports several webhook events that allow external systems to receive real‑time notifications about call activity and metadata changes. These include call.status (call lifecycle status changes), call.recording (when a recording is ready), call.insights (when call insights are available), and property‑change events for notes, call reason, and call outcome.
Currently, FreJun supports the following event:
call.status: Triggered whenever a call's status changes during its lifecycle.call.recording: Triggered when a call recording is available.call.insights: Triggered when a call insights are available.call.propertyChange.notes: Triggered when notes are added/updated for a call.call.propertyChange.call_reason: Triggered when call reason is added/updated for a call.call.propertyChange.call_outcome: Triggered when call outcome is added/updated for a call.
