Manage Call Recording & Post-Call Surveys for a Virtual Number in FreJun.

To manage call recording and post-call surveys for any virtual number, follow the steps below:


📍 Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Log in to your FreJun account.

  2. Navigate to the left-hand menu and click on the "Virtual Numbers" tab.

  3. You’ll now see a list of all your virtual numbers. Each number will have a name in green
    Click on the number name for which you want to update the settings.

  4. A new tab will open for the selected virtual number.


🎙️ To Enable or Disable Call Recording:

  • In the General tab (selected by default), scroll down until you find the “Record Calls” toggle.

  • Switch the toggle ON to start recording calls for this number.

  • Switch it OFF if you do not want calls to be recorded.


📝 To Enable or Disable Post-Call Surveys:

  • Just below the call recording toggle, you’ll find the “Post Call Survey” toggle.

  • Toggle ON to enable sending surveys to callers after a call ends.

  • Toggle OFF to disable this feature if not required.

➡️ Once enabled, you will see a dropdown menu where you can select a pre-created survey from your list.
