How to Manage Call Recording & Post-Call Surveys for a Virtual Number in FreJun?

FreJun allows you to easily enable or disable call recording and post-call surveys for each virtual number, giving you complete control over compliance, call quality, and customer feedback. These settings are managed directly from your virtual number dashboard, ensuring flexibility across sales, support, and recruitment teams.
By configuring call recording, you can review conversations for training, audits, and performance insights. Post-call surveys help capture real-time customer feedback, enabling data-driven improvements in customer experience and team performance.
To manage call recording and post-call surveys for any virtual number, follow the steps below:
Step-by-Step Guide:

Log in to your FreJun account.

Navigate to the left-hand menu and click on the "Virtual Numbers" tab.

You’ll now see a list of all your virtual numbers. Each number will have a name in green –
Click on the number name for which you want to update the settings. -
A new tab will open for the selected virtual number.
To Enable or Disable Call Recording:

In the General tab (selected by default), scroll down until you find the “Record Calls” toggle.

Switch the toggle ON to start recording calls for this number.

Switch it OFF if you do not want calls to be recorded.
To Enable or Disable Post-Call Surveys:

Just below the call recording toggle, you’ll find the “Post Call Survey” toggle.

Toggle ON to enable sending surveys to callers after a call ends.

Toggle OFF to disable this feature if not required.
Once enabled, you will see a dropdown menu where you can select a pre-created survey from your list.
