How to Add a New Contact List in FreJun

Managing contacts effectively is crucial for seamless communication. FreJun allows you to upload and organise your contact lists with ease. Here’s how to get started:

Steps to Add a New Contact List:

  1. Go to the Contact List Tab:

    • From your FreJun website, navigate to the Contact List tab to access all your saved lists and manage them.

  2. Click the “New List” Button:

    • Located at the top right corner, click on the green “New List” button to begin uploading a new list.

  3. Upload Your Contact List:

    • You’ll be prompted to upload a CSV file containing your contacts.

    • Ensure your file includes basic details like Name, Phone Number, and any relevant custom fields.

  4. Need Help with Formatting?

    • If you’re unsure about the required format, click on the “Download Sample File” link.

    • This will provide you with a ready-to-use CSV template, showing the correct column headers and structure to avoid upload errors.
