Managing user permissions effectively is essential for secure and smooth business communication. FreJun allows administrators to create and modify custom roles so that every team member gets the exact level of access they need. Whether you want to rename a role, update its permissions, or assign new users, the platform offers a simple and flexible editing workflow. This guide walks you through the complete process of editing a custom role in FreJun. You’ll learn how to access role settings, modify permissions like calling, SMS, contacts, and billing access, and manage the scope of the role across teams or the entire organisation. If you need to update the details or permissions of a custom role, follow these steps: 1. Hover Over the Custom Role: Navigate to the Roles section in your dashboard. Move your cursor over the specific custom role you want to modify. This action will reveal additional options. 2. Click the Three-Dot Icon (⋮): On the extreme right side of the role entry, click the vertical three-dot menu (⋮). This icon provides quick access to actions related to that specific role. 3.
