FreJun Settings Page

The Settings page in FreJun provides the functionality for both Owners and Users to manage their account preferences and configurations. Depending on the user role, the available settings differ. Owners have access to more advanced settings, including user management and customizations, while users can manage their individual account settings.

Tabs Overview:

For Owners:

  • General
  • Calling
  • Account
  • Integrations

For Users:

  • General
  • Calling
  • Integrations

1. General Tab

The General tab allows both Owners and Users to manage personal information and availability settings.

For Owners and Users:

  • First Name: Owners and users can update their first name.
  • Last Name: Owners and users can update their last name.
  • Email: The email address is non-editable by the user.

For Users (Availability Settings):

  • Business Hours: Users can set their availability for the week, specifying working hours from Monday to Sunday, along with any break timings.
    • Based on these settings, FreJun will route incoming calls to the user during available times.
    • If the user is unavailable based on the set hours, the call will be disconnected and logged as a missed call.

Change Password (For Users):

  • Password Change: Users can update their password directly from the settings:
    1. Enter the current password.
    2. Create a new password and confirm it.
    3. Click Save to change the password.

2. Calling Tab

The Calling Tab allows both Owners and Users to manage calling preferences, virtual numbers, and associated settings.

For Owners:

  • Virtual Numbers: Owners can view all virtual numbers assigned to users. They can:
    • Edit Virtual Numbers: Modify the assigned number for users.
    • Default Calling Number: Owners can set a default calling and SMS number for users.
      • For international accounts, only the calling number can be set as default.
    • Browser Calling: Owners can toggle the browser calling feature for users who have access to it.

For Users:

  • Virtual Number: Users can view and select their default calling number.
    • Users can set the virtual number as default calling (SMS is available only for international accounts).
    • Browser Calling: Users can enable or disable the Browser Calling feature (if granted access).

3. Account Tab (For Owners Only)

The Account Tab is exclusively available for Owners and provides access to advanced call management settings.

1. Call Reasons:

  • Create Call Reasons: Owners can create up to 10 call reasons for users to select when making calls.

2. Call Outcomes:

  • Create Call Outcomes: Owners can create up to 15 call outcomes for users to select after completing a call.

3. Tags:

  • Create Tags: Owners can create unlimited tags. These tags are used to categorize calls and can be applied to calls made by users.

These custom settings (call reasons, outcomes, and tags) will be visible to users when they make calls, allowing them to log the purpose and result of each call more effectively.

4. Notifications Tab

The Notifications Tab allows super admins to configure notifications for the organization.

1. Call Report Email:

  • Enable Call Report Email: The super admin can enable the call report email toggle, which sends a daily call report to the owner and all users at 8 AM each day. The report contains the call data for the previous day.
    • Customize Email Timing: The super admin can adjust the report delivery time by clicking on Edit and setting a specific time.

2. Call Recording Announcement:

  • Call Recording Announcement Toggle: When enabled, an announcement will be played to both the user and customer when a call is answered, stating:
    • “This call is being recorded for training and quality purposes.”

5. Privacy & Security Tab

The Privacy & Security Tab provides settings to enhance the security of user data, especially around call recordings.

1. Private Recording:

  • Enable Private Recording: If this toggle is enabled, users will be required to log in to access any shared recording link. If the user is outside the organization, a forbidden error will occur.
    • If disabled, anyone with the shared link can access the recording without logging in.

2. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

  • Enable 2FA: When enabled, every user will receive a one-time password (OTP) during login, which must be entered to gain access to their account.

6. Integrations Tab

The Integrations Tab allows owners and users to connect FreJun with other third-party applications and CRM systems.

1. CRM Integrations:

  • Connect Integrations: FreJun integrates with several CRM platforms. Users and owners can click on the Connect button next to a listed CRM, follow the OAuth process, and sync data between FreJun and the CRM.
