Why Isn’t My Call Connecting After Clicking the Call Button? | SDK Troubleshooting

The most common reason a FreJun call fails to connect after clicking the button is an existing active call, as the SDK prevents concurrent calls to avoid conflicts. To fix this, implement logic in your app to detect and end any ongoing call before initiating a new one.

 

If there's already an active call, the SDK may block new call attempts. Add logic to prevent concurrent calls.
