Why Does My Call Fail in FreJun SDK? | Softphone Initialization Issue

A common reason for call failure in the FreJun SDK is trying to make a call (using makeCall()) before the softphone has been properly initialized. To fix this, ensure that the initialize() method is called and completes successfully before invoking makeCall(); this ensures the SDK is ready to place calls.

 

This can happen if you try to make a call before initializing the softphone. Always ensure initialize() has been called successfully before using makeCall().
