This issue is common to India virtual numbers. This might be because of disruptions in the mobile network.
Temporary Fix:
- Make sure that the FreJun dialer is app is running in the background.
- Refresh your mobile network by switching on and switching off the flight mode on your mobile phone.
- Change the "connected-to" number through the "calling" page under "Setting" on your FreJun account. If the call gets connected to the updated number, it indicates a mobile network error with the previously connected number.
Permanent Resolution:
Consider switching to browser-based calling by contacting our chat support for access. This provides a more stable communication solution.
Note: The network-based calling type uses the phone network to connect calls. Due to inconsistencies in the mobile network or any other errors, users might face temporary issues when making or receiving calls when using FreJun. These issues are inconsistent and happen once in a while. Please note this is beyond FreJun's control to make any improvements. Therefore, we suggest our users switch to browser-based calling for a permanent resolution and better calling experience.
If the issue persists, contact us at the FreJun chat support or at support@frejun.com.
