Where does FreJun log missed and unanswered calls in Zoho products?

FreJun records missed and unanswered calls in multiple locations across Zoho platforms:

  • Zoho CRM – Logged under the Closed Activities section within lead and contact records.

  • Zoho Bigin – Available in both the Activities tab and the applicant's Timeline view.

Missed calls are recorded when an incoming call is not answered. For all call logs (missed and answered), the system captures:

  • Call type (missed/answered)

  • Timestamp of the call

  • Call recordings (only for answered calls).
