Where does a call log if the lead / contact being contacted is not added in zoho yet?

When calling through FreJun, if the phone number isn’t already saved in Zoho, what happens depends on your ticket creation setting:

  • Ticket creation enabled: A new Contact is automatically created, and the call is logged against it.

  • Ticket creation disabled: No Contact is created, and the call is logged without any Lead/Contact association.

In short: enable ticket creation to ensure all calls are mapped to Contacts.
