Where can I find FreJun call logs in Deskera?
Call logs appear in:
- Activities → Call Logs for complete historical data.
- The Activities tab of individual Contact records.
To view all call logs:
- Navigate to the Activities section
- Select Calls to see your call history
- Filter or search calls as needed
To view call logs for a specific contact:
- Open the Contacts module
- Select the contact's profile
- View their call history in the Activities tab.
