Why can’t I add credits and see a red error message?

This error typically occurs because your billing information is incomplete. Here’s how to resolve it:

  1. Go to the Billing Section

    Navigate to Billing → Billing Information in your account settings.

  2. Complete the Required Fields

    Ensure that all mandatory billing details are filled, including—but not limited to:

    • Company Name

    • Billing Address

    • GST Number (if applicable)
      (Refer to FreJun’s billing documentation for specific required fields.)

  3. Save Your Information
    After completing all fields, save your billing profile.

  4. Retry Adding Credits
    Go back to the Add Credits section and try to add credits again.

  5. Still Seeing the Error?

    • Try refreshing the page or logging out, then logging back in.
