Sometimes while trying to add calling credits in FreJun, users may see a **red error message** that prevents the transaction from going through. This usually happens when mandatory billing information is missing or incomplete in your account. FreJun requires accurate company and tax details to generate invoices and process payments securely.

The good news is that this issue can be resolved in less than a minute by updating your billing profile. Follow the steps below to complete the required fields, remove the error, and continue adding credits without interruptions.

This error typically occurs because your billing information is incomplete. Here’s how to resolve it:

1. Go to the Billing Section
   
   Navigate to Billing → Billing Information in your account settings.
2. Complete the Required Fields
   
   Ensure that *all* mandatory billing details are filled, including—but not limited to:
   
     - Company Name
     - Billing Address
