Why can’t I add credits and see a red error message?
This error typically occurs because your billing information is incomplete. Here’s how to resolve it:

Go to the Billing Section
Navigate to Billing → Billing Information in your account settings.

Complete the Required Fields
Ensure that all mandatory billing details are filled, including—but not limited to:

Company Name

Billing Address

GST Number (if applicable)

After completing all fields, save your billing profile. -
Retry Adding Credits
Go back to the Add Credits section and try to add credits again. -
