Understanding the Virtual Numbers Table in FreJun.

The Virtual Numbers table on the FreJun dashboard is designed to give you a clear overview of all your virtual numbers and their associated details. Here's a breakdown of each column and what it represents:

1. Number Name

  • Description: This is a custom label or name you assign to the virtual number to help identify its purpose or assignment (e.g., "Sales Team Mumbai", "Support - USA", etc.).

  • Functionality: The name is clickable – clicking it will take you directly to the detailed settings page for that specific number. From there, you can manage configurations such as routing rules, team assignments, and call preferences.

2. Virtual Number

  • Description: This displays the actual phone number assigned to your account (e.g., +91 8035XXXXXX).

  • This number can be used for inbound or outbound communication, depending on how it's configured. It is unique to your team or company and is typically purchased based on region.

3. Location

  • Description: Indicates the geographic origin of the virtual number.

  • For example:

    • India (Hyderabad / Bangalore)

    • USA

    • Canada

    • Australia

  • This helps you identify regional numbers quickly and use them appropriately for regional sales, support, or marketing campaigns.

4. Type

  • Description: Specifies the type of communication the number supports.

  • Common types include:

    • Voice: For making and receiving calls

    • SMS: For sending and receiving text messages

    • Voice + SMS: If it supports both

5. Users

  • Description: Shows the number of users currently assigned to this virtual number.

  • Clicking on this may also allow you to view or manage which specific users or teams have access to this number.

  • This helps you ensure the right users are connected to the right numbers for tracking, reporting, and call distribution.

This structured table helps in efficient number management, quick navigation, and ensures better transparency across your communication infrastructure within FreJun.
