What should I do if my number is marked as spam?
The risk of a number being marked as spam depends entirely on the end user's calling behavior. FreJun is not liable for numbers marked as spam.
All numbers are issued with the understanding that they will be used for legitimate business or personal purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
If a number is marked as spam:
- You may purchase a new number that better suits your use case.
- However, please note: All assigned numbers are final—whether complimentary or purchased—and cannot be removed or replaced.
- Standard number charges will apply for any new number.
