      How to View Detailed Survey Responses in FreJun?

      When you open a specific survey campaign, you will see detailed responses displayed in the following categories:

      • Name: The name of the respondent who provided the feedback.

      • Received On: The exact date and time when the response was received.

      • User: The agent or user associated with handling or receiving that response.

      • Rating/Response: This shows either a 1–5 rating or a Yes/No answer, depending on the type of survey conducted.

      This layout helps you analyse the feedback comprehensively and track performance at the user level.
