How to View Detailed Survey Responses in FreJun?
Understand how FreJun displays detailed customer feedback, survey ratings, and user-level performance insights when you open a survey.
FreJun’s survey analytics gives you a clear, structured view of how your customers respond to different outreach campaigns. When you click on any survey name in green, you instantly access detailed response-wise insights that help evaluate customer satisfaction, agent performance, and feedback patterns.
Inside each survey, FreJun organizes responses in a clean table format, making it simple to understand who responded, when they responded, how they rated the interaction, and which agent the feedback is linked to. This helps teams improve quality, ensure accountability, and enhance customer experience.
When you open a specific survey campaign, you will see detailed responses displayed in the following categories:

Name: The name of the respondent who provided the feedback.

Received On: The exact date and time when the response was received.

User: The agent or user associated with handling or receiving that response.

Rating/Response: This shows either a 1–5 rating or a Yes/No answer, depending on the type of survey conducted.
This layout helps you analyse the feedback comprehensively and track performance at the user level.
