How to Create a New Survey in FreJun?
When you navigate to the Surveys tab under the Campaigns section, you’ll enter the Create Survey setup screen. To start a new survey, click the “+ New Survey” green button at the top right, then configure the following options:

Campaign Name: Enter a unique name for your survey campaign.

Max Response Time per Question: Choose the maximum time allowed for each question response — either 5 seconds or 10 seconds.

If Invalid Response: Decide how many times (1, 2, or 3) the question should be repeated if the response is invalid.
You can add multiple questions (e.g., Question 1, 2, 3) with these configurations:

Question Type: Select from types like Yes/No, Rating, etc.

Keypress Options: Assign keypresses for responses (e.g., 1 for Yes, 2 for No).

Question Title: Enter the text for each question.

Question Audio: Upload audio files for each question to enhance the survey experience.
If there’s no valid response after the repeats, choose one of the following actions:

End the call with a message.

End the call immediately.
You can also upload audio for the survey introduction and the thank-you message.
Once all required fields are configured, including intro, questions, and thank you message, click “Create” at the bottom right to save and launch your survey.
