What is Call Status and Assigned-to Filters in Contact List ?

📞 Call Statuses:

  • Unattempted:
    The contact has not yet been called.

  • Attempted – Not Reached:
    A call was made, but the contact did not answer or the call didn’t connect.

  • Reached Successfully:
    The call was connected and the contact was reached.

You can filter your contact list by the user who is assigned to each contact. This helps in:
