What filters are available in the Call Logs section?

Understand all Call Log filters in FreJun to quickly sort, analyze, and track calls by type, users, tags, and date range.

FreJun’s Call Logs section is designed to help teams quickly find, analyze, and act on call data using powerful built-in filters. Whether you’re reviewing sales calls, support interactions, or recruitment follow-ups, these filters allow you to narrow down results based on call type, users, tags, and time period.

By applying the right combination of Call Log filters, teams can improve call tracking, monitor agent performance, analyze outcomes, and generate actionable insights—without manually searching through hundreds of call records.

At the top of the Call Logs interface, you’ll find multiple filters to help refine your view:

  • Call Type:
    • Outgoing Answered
    • Outgoing Unanswered
    • Incoming Answered
  • Users & Teams:
    • Same as the Dashboard – you can select specific users or entire teams.
  • Tags Filter:
    • Filter calls by custom tags such as Leads, Successful, Busy, Discussed, Call After 2 Hrs, etc.
  • Date Range Filter (Top-right corner):

Lets you choose the desired date range, and It allows you to view call data for specific time periods. Options include:

  • Custom
  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • This Week
  • Last Week
  • This Month
  • Last Month
  • This Year
  • Last Year

 

  • Clear All:
    • A quick button to reset and remove all applied filters.
