What filters are available in the Call Logs section?
At the top of the Call Logs interface, you’ll find multiple filters to help refine your view:
- Call Type:
- Outgoing Answered
- Outgoing Unanswered
- Incoming Answered
- Users & Teams:
- Same as the Dashboard – you can select specific users or entire teams.
- Tags Filter:
- Filter calls by custom tags such as Leads, Successful, Busy, Discussed, Call After 2 Hrs, etc.
- Date Range Filter (Top-right corner):
Lets you choose the desired date range, and It allows you to view call data for specific time periods. Options include:
- Custom
- Today
- Yesterday
- This Week
- Last Week
- This Month
- Last Month
- This Year
- Last Year
- Clear All:
- A quick button to reset and remove all applied filters.
