What evidence must be submitted in case of a UCC complaint?

The evidence must include a CRM screenshot containing the following information:

  1. Consent for Call: Confirmation or record showing the receipt of consent.
  2. Date of Consent: Please use the format DD/MM/YYYY.
  3. Complainant’s Number: The number on which the call was made.

The submitted evidence shall constitute proof that the complainant voluntarily and knowingly consented to the telephonic communication initiated by the caller (FreJun user).
