What column headers are displayed in the Contact List?
The Contact List View in FreJun displays key columns to help you manage and monitor your contact activities efficiently. Here’s what each column represents:
📇 Contact
Displays the name and phone number of the contact. This is your primary reference for each record.
📅 Last Contacted
Shows the date and time the contact was last engaged via call or SMS. This helps track recent interactions and plan follow-ups accordingly.
👤 Assigned To
Indicates which user or team is currently assigned to the contact. This ensures accountability and helps manage workloads across agents.
📞 Call History
Each row contains a green “View” button.
