The Contact List View in FreJun displays key columns to help you manage and monitor your contact activities efficiently. Here’s what each column represents:

📇 Contact

Displays the name and phone number of the contact. This is your primary reference for each record.

📅 Last Contacted

Shows the date and time the contact was last engaged via call or SMS. This helps track recent interactions and plan follow-ups accordingly.

👤 Assigned To

Indicates which user or team is currently assigned to the contact. This ensures accountability and helps manage workloads across agents.

📞 Call History

Each row contains a green “View” button.

  • Click this button to view detailed call logs for the contact, including:

    • Call duration

    • Call status (answered, missed, etc.)

    • Time and date of each attempt
