What call metrics are visible on the FreJun Dashboard?

The dashboard displays the following high-level call metrics in graphical format:

  • Incoming Calls – Total number of received calls.
  • Outgoing Calls – Total number of placed calls.
  • Missed Calls – Calls that were not answered.
  • Unique Calls – Count of unique numbers interacted with.
  • Total Duration – Combined duration of all calls.
  • Average Duration – Average duration per call.
