What call metrics are visible on the FreJun Dashboard?
The dashboard displays the following high-level call metrics in graphical format:
- Incoming Calls – Total number of received calls.
- Outgoing Calls – Total number of placed calls.
- Missed Calls – Calls that were not answered.
- Unique Calls – Count of unique numbers interacted with.
- Total Duration – Combined duration of all calls.
- Average Duration – Average duration per call.
