FreJun seamlessly integrates with [Microsoft Dynamics 365](https://frejun.com/microsoft-dynamics-integration/) to ensure all essential call details are accurately logged into your CRM. This integration helps sales, support, and operations teams maintain a complete record of all customer interactions, improving follow-ups, reporting, and decision-making.

Every call made or received through FreJun is captured in detail, including the reason for the call, its outcome, agent notes, duration, and direction. After a call is completed, FreJun logs the following details into the corresponding Lead, Contact, or Opportunity:

This information appears in the **Timeline** and may also be visible in linked **Opportunities**.
