DNCR Regulations:
By default, FreJun works with local service providers to block calls to DNCR registered numbers and help prevent complaints from TDRA. To reach customers who are registered in the DNCR, ask them to opt out so they can receive calls from UAE numbers.

- Outbound calls can only be made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Dubai time, in compliance with TDRA regulations.
- The caller ID will appear as “AFJ”, as TDRA regulations require the caller ID to reflect the name of the service provider.
