  • Minimum order requirement for the SIP trunking is 50 channels

Number policy

  • For mobile number series (+91-92), pricing is ₹850 number/month.
  • To provision a +91-92 series number, users must provide Aadhaar proof and commit to a 12-month contract.

TRAI guidelines and cold calling policy

  • It is illegal to use standard 10-digit mobile numbers for promotional calls.
    • Promotional calls must use 140 series numbers.
    • Transactional and service-related calls must use 1600 series numbers.
  • FreJun’s services require compliance with TRAI regulations, including avoiding calls to numbers registered on the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).

  • Cold calling is strictly prohibited unless the party follows TRAI guidelines.
