Is individual account connection required for the FreJun-Zoho integration?

Yes — each user must complete their own connection for the integration between FreJun and Zoho to work correctly.

There are two mandatory steps:

1. Zoho Admin — Install FreJun App (One-Time Setup)

This step only needs to be completed once by the Zoho account admin.

Steps:

  1. Go to Zoho Marketplace

  2. Search for “FreJun”

  3. Click Install

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions

  5. Choose whether to install for all users or specific users


2. Every User — Authenticate via PhoneBridge (Mandatory)

Each user must connect their own Zoho account inside FreJun.

Steps for every user:
  1. Log in to your FreJun account

  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

  3. Select Zoho PhoneBridge

  4. Click Connect Zoho

  5. Complete the authorization flow
