Is a virtual number included when I purchase a license?

FreJun follows a One License – One Number policy, which means each license entitles the user to claim one free virtual number (VN). 

• For INR accounts, the user can claim one Indian virtual number. 

• For USD accounts, the user can claim one US or Canada virtual number. 

The free virtual number can be claimed only once per license. Users are advised to choose numbers responsibly based on their business needs. With FreJun, multiple users can make calls using the same virtual number, depending on the team configuration. 

Additionally, free VNs can be claimed only once, and the total eligible quantity is calculated based on the number of licenses purchased and the number of claims already made by the users.
This number is considered optional, but once assigned to a user or account, it becomes fixed and cannot be removed or transferred. 

 If a user requires an additional virtual number for any other country or location, additional charges will apply as per the applicable rates.
