How to Transfer a Call in FreJun?

Transferring calls allows you to seamlessly hand off an ongoing conversation to another team member, ensuring that the right person handles the call without disconnecting the customer.

Call transfers are essential for sales, support, and recruitment teams to ensure customers are quickly connected to the right person without call drops or delays. With FreJun’s call transfer feature, you can smoothly hand off active calls to another team member while maintaining a professional calling experience.

This guide explains how to transfer both incoming and outbound calls in FreJun using the Chrome Extension, with simple step-by-step instructions. Whether you’re routing calls to specialists or escalating customer queries, FreJun ensures seamless internal collaboration and improved call handling efficiency.

Transferring Incoming Calls

  1. Answer the Call- Pick up the call as usual via the FreJun Chrome Extension.

  2. Access the Call Transfer Feature- Click the Call Transfer icon on the in-call screen below the mute icon.

  3. Select the User- Choose the user you want to transfer the call to.

  4. Complete the Transfer- Click Transfer Now. The call will be instantly transferred, and your line will be disconnected.

Transferring Outbound Calls

  1. Initiate a Call- Place a call using the FreJun Chrome Extension.

  2. Access the Call Transfer Feature -During the active call, click the Call Transfer icon located on the in-call screen below the mute icon.

  3. Select the Recipient- Choose the team member you want to transfer the call to.

  4. Confirm the Transfer- Click Transfer Now to complete the process. The call will be immediately transferred.
