How to Set an After Business Hours Welcome Message in FreJun

In FreJun, you can set a custom after business hours welcome message for any virtual number. When customers call outside your business hours, they will hear this audio message, and then the call will automatically end. The call will also be recorded

Steps to Set the After Business Hours Welcome Message:

  1. Log in to your FreJun account.

  2. Navigate to the “Virtual Number” tab.

  3. Select the virtual number where you want to add the after business hours message.

  4. Go to the “Incoming Calls” section.

  5. Click on “After Business Hours Message.”

  6. Upload your audio file (must be MP3 format and no larger than 10MB).

  7. Click Save to apply the changes.

Important Notes:

  • Only the Owner or Admin can set or update this message.

  • The call will end automatically after the message plays and will be logged in the call history.
