How to Set a Welcome Message During Business Hours in FreJun?

FreJun allows the Owner or Admin to set a custom welcome message for any single virtual number. When customers call that virtual number, they will hear the uploaded audio greeting.

Steps to Set the Welcome Message:

  1. Log in to your FreJun account.

  2. Navigate to the “Virtual Number” tab.

  3. Select the virtual number you want to add the welcome message to.

  4. Go to the “Incoming Calls” section.

  5. Click on “Welcome Message.”

  6. Upload your audio file (must be in MP3 format and no larger than 10MB).

  7. Click Save to apply the changes.

Important:

  • Only the Owner or Admin can set or update the welcome message.

  • Ensure your audio file meets the format and size requirements to avoid upload errors.
