How to Send a Message in WhatsApp Business Account in FreJun | Messaging Guide
Sending a message from your WhatsApp Business account in FreJun is simple and efficient. Just open the Contacts or Chats section, select the contact, type your message in the message box, and tap Send. This guide walks you through every step — from selecting the right contact to managing message history — so you can communicate quickly and professionally with your customers.
Follow the steps below to send messages using your FreJun WhatsApp Business account:
Steps:-

Go to the Chat tab from the sidebar.

Search by name or number in the search bar.

Click on the desired contact number.

Click on "Search Templates".

Select the pre-approved template you want to send.

Fill in the required values:

You can enter them manually as text or

Use variables

Click Send.
Once sent, the message will be delivered to the customer using the selected template.
Important Note:-

The first message to any customer must be sent using an approved template.

Once the customer responds, the custom message option will be enabled, and you can chat freely thereafter.
