How can I send messages using my WhatsApp Business account through FreJun?

 

Follow the steps below to send messages using your FreJun WhatsApp Business account:

Steps:-

  1. Go to the Chat tab from the sidebar.

  2. Search by name or number in the search bar.

  3. Click on the desired contact number.

  4. Click on "Search Templates".

  5. Select the pre-approved template you want to send.

  6. Fill in the required values:

    • You can enter them manually as text or

    • Use variables 

  7. Click Send.

Once sent, the message will be delivered to the customer using the selected template.

 

 

Important Note:-

  • The first message to any customer must be sent using an approved template.

  • Once the customer responds, the custom message option will be enabled, and you can chat freely thereafter.
