How to Route Incoming Calls to a Specific User in FreJun

Admins and account Owners in FreJun can easily manage which user receives calls on a virtual number. Follow the steps below to update the routing settings.

🛠 Steps to Route Incoming Calls to a Particular User:

  1. Log in to your FreJun account using Owner or Admin credentials.

  2. Go to the Virtual Numbers tab.

  3. Select the virtual number you wish to configure.

  4. Click on the Incoming Call tab.

  5. Under the "Connected To User" field, you will see the current user assigned.

  6. Click on the field, select the new user you want to assign the calls to, and save the changes.

Once updated, all incoming calls to that virtual number will be routed to the selected user.

Note:

Only Owners or Admins can view and change these settings. Regular users will not have access to this configuration.
