How to Retrieve a Call ID from FreJun?

When you report an issue related to a call—such as call drops, missing recordings, one-way audio, poor call quality, or any other calling-related concern—the FreJun Support team may request the Call ID of the affected call. The Call ID helps us locate the exact call record on our servers and investigate the issue accurately.

Steps to Retrieve the Call ID

Step 1 — Open the Call Logs Page

Log in to your FreJun dashboard and navigate to the Call Logs page.

Step 2 — Open Browser Developer Tools
  1. Right-click anywhere on the Call Logs page.
  2. Select "Inspect" from the context menu (or press F12 on your keyboard).
  3. In the panel that opens, click on the "Network" tab.
  4. Stay on the Call Logs page with the Network tab open.
  5. Find the specific call you want to report and click the "View Recording" option for that call.
  6. You will see new requests appear in the Network tab.
  7. In the Network tab, look for a request labeled "retrieve call recording".
  8. Click on that request to open its details.
  9. Copy the full "Request URL" shown — it contains the Call ID embedded within it.

Tip - If you do not see any requests in the Network tab, reload the page (press F5 or Ctrl+R) to populate the network activity.
