      How to Receive Incoming Calls on FreJun Mobile App?

      The FreJun Mobile App allows you to receive business calls directly on your smartphone, ensuring you're always connected, even on the move. This guide explains how to receive incoming calls using the FreJun app.

      • Ensure the App is Installed and Logged In

        • Download the FreJun Mobile App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

        • Log in using your registered credentials.

      • Enable App Permissions

        • Allow necessary permissions when prompted (e.g., microphone, notifications, and call access).

        • This ensures smooth call delivery and alerts.

      • Receiving a Call

          • When a call comes in, you’ll receive a pop-up notification or a full-screen call screen

          • Tap “Answer” to receive the call or “Decline” to reject it.

      • During the Call
