How to make calls using the Autodial feature?
To Use FreJun’s Auto Dial Feature
Step 1: Log in to FreJun
Access your FreJun account using your credentials.
Step 2: Go to the Contact List Section

From the dashboard, navigate to the Contact List option in the sidebar.

Select the contact list you want to use for your auto dial session.

Choose the specific contacts you want to include in the auto dial.
Step 3: Start the Campaign

Click on the “Auto Dial” button.

Give your auto dial session a name.

Select the desired gap between calls (e.g., 5s, 10s, 15s, 20s).

Click Start to begin the auto dial session.

FreJun will automatically call the selected contacts sequentially.
