How to make calls using the Autodial feature?

To Use FreJun’s Auto Dial Feature

Step 1: Log in to FreJun
Access your FreJun account using your credentials.

Step 2: Go to the Contact List Section

  • From the dashboard, navigate to the Contact List option in the sidebar.

  • Select the contact list you want to use for your auto dial session.

  • Choose the specific contacts you want to include in the auto dial.

Step 3: Start the Campaign

  • Click on the “Auto Dial” button.

  • Give your auto dial session a name.

  • Select the desired gap between calls (e.g., 5s, 10s, 15s, 20s).

  • Click Start to begin the auto dial session.

  • FreJun will automatically call the selected contacts sequentially.
