How to Import Contacts from HubSpot CRM to FreJun?

Ensure Integration is Active

• Go to Settings → Integrations in FreJun.

• Choose HubSpot and click Connect App.

• After a successful connection, the button should change to “Disconnect,” indicating the integration is live. knowledge.frejun.com

Create a New Contact List in FreJun for Import

• In FreJun, go to the Contact Lists (or Contacts) section.

• Click Create New List.

• Enter a name for this list.

• In the source dropdown, choose Import from CRM.

• Click import from HubSpot to load contacts from HubSpot.

• FreJun allows you to specify up to 5 filters based on fields (e.g. “Lifecycle stage = Lead,” “Country = India,” etc.).

  Use these filters to narrow down which contacts you want to import.

• After filters are applied, the matching contacts appear.

• Click Import contacts.

• After the Import completes, you should see the contacts under that list in FreJun.

   

   

  Important Notes

  • You can import a maximum of 500 contacts at once.
