How to Give Outgoing Call Access to Specific Users in FreJun?

This article explains how FreJun account Owners and Admins can assign a virtual number to users for outgoing calls. Once assigned, the number will automatically appear in the user’s dialer, allowing them to place calls directly from FreJun.

These changes can only be made by the Owner or an Admin of the FreJun account.
  1. Log in to your FreJun account.
  2. Go to the “Virtual Number” tab from the left-hand menu.
  3. Select the virtual number you want to assign for outgoing calls.
  4. Click on the “Outgoing Calls” section.
  5. Hit the “Add Users” button.
  6. Choose the user(s) you want to assign this number to.
  7. Once done, click Save.

Ask the users you’ve added to refresh their FreJun dashboard and Chrome Extension — the updated virtual number will now appear on their dialer for outgoing calls.
