How to filter inside the contact list in FreJun Mobile App?

Easily filter your contact lists in the FreJun Mobile Dialer to quickly identify unattempted, missed, or successfully reached contacts for faster follow-ups.

Managing large contact lists on mobile can be challenging, especially when sales or recruitment teams need to prioritize follow-ups quickly. The FreJun Mobile Dialer App simplifies this by allowing users to filter contacts based on call status, helping teams focus on the right leads at the right time.

With built-in call status filters such as Unattempted, Attempted – Not Reached, and Reached Successfully, users can instantly segment contact lists and improve calling efficiency, productivity, and response rates directly from the FreJun mobile app.

Steps to Filter Contacts

  1. Open the FreJun Mobile Dialer App
    Launch the FreJun app from your mobile device.

  2. Navigate to the Contacts Page
    Tap on the "Contacts" tab at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Open the Desired Contact List
    Select the specific contact list (e.g., campaign list, CRM group, or custom list) from which you want to filter data.

  4. Tap on the Filter Icon
    Tap the filter icon (usually located at the top-right corner) to open filter options.

  5. Choose the Call Status Filter
    You can now filter contacts based on the call status:

    • Unattempted

    • Attempted - Not Reached

    • Reached Successfully

  6. Apply the Filter
    Once you've selected the desired filters, tap "Apply".
    The contact list will now display only those contacts matching your selected criteria.
