How to filter inside the contact list in FreJun Mobile App?
Overview The FreJun Mobile Dialer App provides an easy way to filter contacts based on call status. This helps users quickly identify and follow up with contacts depending on whether they've been reached or not.
🔄 Steps to Filter Contacts

Open the FreJun Mobile Dialer App
Launch the FreJun app from your mobile device. -
Navigate to the Contacts Page
Tap on the "Contacts" tab at the bottom of the screen. -
Open the Desired Contact List
Select the specific contact list (e.g., campaign list, CRM group, or custom list) from which you want to filter data. -
Tap on the Filter Icon
Tap the filter icon (usually located at the top-right corner) to open filter options. -
Choose the Call Status Filter
You can now filter contacts based on the call status:-
Unattempted
-
Attempted - Not Reached
-
Reached Successfully
-
-
Apply the Filter
Once you've selected the desired filters, tap "Apply".
The contact list will now display only those contacts matching your selected criteria.
