How to Enable Post Call Survey for a Virtual Number?
Enable feedback collection after calls by following these quick steps:
Steps to Enable Survey:

Create Your Survey

Go to the survey section and build your survey.

Open Virtual Numbers

Navigate to the "Virtual Numbers" section.

- Select the Target Number

Choose the virtual number where you want to add the survey.
- Scroll down to find the Post Call Survey toggle.
- Switch it ON.

Assign Your Survey

Pick the survey you created from the dropdown.

Save Changes
-
Click Save to apply.

Your survey is now active.
