      How to Enable Post Call Survey for a Virtual Number?

      Enable feedback collection after calls by following these quick steps:

      Steps to Enable Survey:

      1. Create Your Survey

        • Go to the survey section and build your survey.

      2. Open Virtual Numbers

        • Navigate to the "Virtual Numbers" section.

      3. Select the Target Number

        • Choose the virtual number where you want to add the survey.

        • Scroll down to find the Post Call Survey toggle.
        • Switch it ON.

      4. Assign Your Survey

        • Pick the survey you created from the dropdown.

      5. Save Changes

        • Click Save to apply.

      Your survey is now active.
