How to Collect Console Logs from Webapp | FreJun Debugging Guide

Console logs record all client-side activities and errors in your browser, making them essential for debugging issues like call initiation failures or compatibility problems. This guide explains how to open Developer Tools in your FreJun dashboard, navigate to the “Console” tab, and save the log output helping you easily collect error reports or performance data for support or diagnosis.

Console logs record all activities and errors occurring in your browser. They help in
understanding whether the FreJun web application or dialer interface is failing due to
client-side issues. These logs are especially useful to identify:- Failures in call initiation
- Issues related to browser compatibility or network blocking
- Dialer fails to trigger a call.


Steps to follow :
1. Go to the Call Logs page in the Frejun dashboard.
2. Right-click anywhere on the page and select "Inspect".
3. Go to the *"Console"* tab.
4. Right-click in the console output and choose *“Save as…”* to download the logs.
