How to Claim Your Free Virtual Number After Purchasing a Plan

1. Log in to your FreJun account.
2. From the left-hand menu, go to Virtual Numbers.
3. Click Add Numbers in the top-left corner.
4. Select the country and number type you require.
5. Select the available number you want to claim.
6. Review the details and proceed with the claim.

Once claimed and verified, the number can be assigned to the required users.

Important: KYB Verification 

For new users, KYB verification is required before a virtual number can be assigned.

• INR account → Indian number: Complete the IND KYB Form.
• Non-INR account → Non-Indian number: Complete the Non-Indian KYB Form.

If you have already submitted the KYB form, our team will verify it. You can claim the eligible number from the product while the verification is in progress. Once the verification is completed, our team will proceed with the number assignment.

Free Virtual Number Eligibility 

Each eligible plan license includes 1 free virtual number, subject to the applicable country and number availability.

For non-India plans:

• Free numbers are available for US, Canada, and UK.
• Numbers for other countries or locations may have additional charges.

Important Notes

• The free virtual number is included with an eligible plan license.
• Additional numbers may be chargeable.
• Number availability depends on the available inventory, country, and area code.
• Claiming a number does not always mean it is immediately assigned to a user; KYB verification may be required.
• If your preferred number or area code is unavailable, please contact FreJun Support for assistance.
• Once assigned, the number can be configured for incoming and outgoing calling.
