      How to check call logs in the FreJun Mobile App?

      The FreJun Mobile App allows users to view detailed call logs, including call recordings, duration, reason, outcome, and tags. This helps you track and analyze your calling activity efficiently.

      📲 Steps to Check Call Logs

      1. Open the FreJun Mobile Dialer App

      2. Navigate to the Call Logs Section

        • Tap on the “Call Logs” tab (usually located at the bottom of the screen).

        • This section displays a list of all your recent calls.

      3. View Call Details

        • Tap on any call entry to view detailed information, including:

          • Call Recording (if available)

          • Call Duration

          • Call Reason and Outcome

          • Tags associated with the call

      4. Use Filters to Narrow Down Call Logs

        • Tap the Filter icon at the top right of the screen.

        • Filter call logs based on:

          • Date Range

          • Call Type 

          • User

          • Team
