Managing WhatsApp Business licenses for your team is simple with FreJun. By assigning licenses correctly, you ensure that your team members can send and receive messages via WhatsApp Business while maintaining control over user permissions.

This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of assigning a WhatsApp Business license to a user, ensuring that your team stays connected and efficient without any technical hassle.

What you'll need:-

  • You must be an Owner or Admin on your FreJun account (i.e. have permissions to manage users & licenses).

Steps to Assign the License to the users:-

  1. Log in to your FreJun dashboard.

  2. In the sidebar, go to Users & Teams section.

  3. Find the user you want to give the WhatsApp Business license to. Hover over their name.

  4. Click Edit for that user.

  5. Under Add‑ons, enable the WhatsApp Business License and click Save.
