How to Assign a Viewer License in FreJun? | Step‑by‑Step Guide for New & Existing Users
In FreJun, a Viewer license can be assigned either when inviting a new user or by updating an existing user’s license in the Users & Teams section. For a new user, choose the Viewer license in the Plan License dropdown while inviting; for an existing user, edit their profile, set the license to Viewer, and click Save to apply the change.
To assign a Viewer license to a user in FreJun, follow these steps:

Navigate to Users & Teams:

Go to the Users & Teams section from the main dashboard.

If you wish to assign a Viewer license to a New User:

Click on Invite User.

Enter the user's email address.

Select the Viewer license under the Plan License dropdown.

Choose the appropriate Role (e.g., Viewer).

Click Invite to send the invitation.

If you wish to assign a Viewer license to an Existing User:

Navigate to the Users & Teams section.

Find the user you wish to assign the Viewer license to.

Click on the Edit icon next to the user's name.

Under the Plan License dropdown, select Viewer.
