Managing your outreach becomes effortless when your contact lists are well-organized. FreJun allows you to add new contacts to any existing list - either manually or through a bulk upload - so your calling, sales, and recruitment workflows stay accurate and up-to-date.

This guide walks you through the exact steps to add contacts, upload lists using a sample file, and ensure that all details are captured correctly. Whether you're scaling your database or updating existing information, FreJun makes the process fast, error-free, and efficient.

To add new contacts to your existing contact list in FreJun, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to FreJun

2. Go to the Contacts Section

  • In your dashboard, click on “Contacts” from the side or top menu.

3. Select the existing contact list in which you want to add new contacts.

  • On the top right you’ll find a button for “+ Add Contact”.
  • Click on the add contact.

4. You can either upload a contact list or you can even add users individually.

  • To upload entire contact list, download the sample file and using its format upload your contacts.
  • For individually adding users, select 'add individually' and fill the details.

5. After uploading, click on 'Add'.
